Agreement
These Terms of Use form an agreement between you and Flyosim LLC, the owner and operator of Dayyoo. By accessing dayyoo.com or using Dayyoo, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Using Dayyoo
Flyosim LLC grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Dayyoo for lawful, non-commercial language learning, subject to these terms.
- Do not misuse Dayyoo, interfere with its operation, bypass access controls, or attempt unauthorized access.
- Do not copy, resell, redistribute, scrape, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit Dayyoo or its content except where applicable law expressly permits it.
- Keep your account credentials secure and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
Learning content
Dayyoo provides vocabulary, pronunciation, examples, quizzes, and writing tools for general educational purposes. Language is contextual and can vary by region and situation. We work to keep content useful and accurate, but Dayyoo is not a substitute for professional translation, interpretation, legal, medical, or other expert advice.
Subscriptions, free trials, and cancellation
Where subscriptions are available, the price, billing interval, trial eligibility, and renewal terms shown in the Apple purchase confirmation apply. Subscriptions purchased on iPhone are billed and managed by Apple and renew automatically unless cancelled. Manage cancellation in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions, following Apple’s applicable terms for your country or region.
If a trial is offered and you do not want it to renew, cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. A courtesy reminder is not guaranteed and does not replace managing your subscription. Refund requests are handled by Apple under its policies and applicable law.
Deleting Dayyoo or your Dayyoo account does not cancel an Apple subscription. You can request account deletion without waiting for a subscription to expire, but should manage any unwanted renewal separately.
Sparks and other in-app purchases
If offered, Sparks are a consumable in-app balance for the uses described in Dayyoo. They are separate from a Dayyoo Plus subscription. The purchase screen shows the quantity and Apple’s price before you confirm. Availability can vary by build and region; these terms do not promise that a purchase feature is currently offered.
Sparks and virtual items have no cash value and are not redeemable for money. Restore Purchases applies to supported Apple purchases; it does not promise to replenish a consumable balance you already spent. Keep the Dayyoo account associated with a purchase accessible and contact support if a verified purchase is missing.
Ownership
Dayyoo, the Yoo mascot, software, visual design, text, graphics, audio, trademarks, and other original content are owned by Flyosim LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership to you.
Availability and changes
We may improve, change, suspend, or discontinue features, languages, plans, or content. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or misuse. We do not promise that Dayyoo will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, Dayyoo is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability. Flyosim LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Dayyoo. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Termination
You may stop using Dayyoo at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially violate these terms, create risk or harm, or if required by law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including ownership, disclaimers, and liability limits—will survive.
You can request account deletion from within the app. Deletion is processed in the background and does not remove local learning data from your phone or cancel an Apple subscription.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will post the revised version with a new effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms where permitted by law. Questions may be sent to legal@dayyoo.com.
