Request deletion in Dayyoo
You do not need to email support to begin deletion. If you cannot access your account or the request fails, contact support for help. Do not send your password, verification codes, or reset link.
- Sign in to the account you want to delete, then open Settings → Manage account.
- Choose Delete account → Continue, read the confirmation, and type DELETE when asked. Confirm Permanently delete account.
- If Dayyoo asks you to sign in again, do so and repeat the deletion request. Recent authentication protects your account from an unauthorized request.
- Keep an internet connection until Dayyoo confirms that deletion is queued. Closing the app after that confirmation does not cancel the request.
What happens to your account
An accepted request disables account access and revokes active sessions. A background process then deletes the account and its linked cloud learning records. Where applicable, it first revokes Sign in with Apple authorization. The app’s queued confirmation means the request was accepted; it is not a claim that every step has already finished.
A completion email is queued when deletion finishes. Processing or email delivery can be delayed by service problems, so no fixed completion time is promised here. If you need an update, contact support using the account email address where possible.
Email-delivery and support records, deletion receipts, security logs, billing-event records, and backup copies may remain separately from your account. Our Privacy Policy explains the categories and purposes. Account deletion does not automatically delete records Apple or another provider holds under its own policy.
Learning saved on your phone
Learning stored on the phone is preserved as guest data after an accepted deletion request. It is separate from the account’s cloud data. Other devices may also keep their downloaded content and local learning records.
To remove local app data, use iPhone Settings → General → iPhone Storage → Dayyoo → Delete App. Offload App keeps documents and data. Manage any device backups separately in your Apple account settings; deleting a cloud account does not erase your device backups.
Cancel an Apple subscription separately
Deleting Dayyoo or your Dayyoo account does not cancel an Apple subscription or request a refund. If you have an active subscription you no longer want, open iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Dayyoo and follow Apple’s cancellation instructions. You can request account deletion without waiting for the subscription to expire.
